Church's Martial Arts leadership classes have resulted in a number of certified
instructors.The following instructors aid in the daily management of
both schools. Instructors go through a number of development classes in order
to receive certification within the ATA. They also further develop their teaching
skills by attending yearly instructor camps and seminars. Church's Martial Arts
instructors are among the best and have earned the school multiple awards over
the years.

Master Church began Taekwondo at only 8 years old.
In 1985, he successfully tested for his instructor's certification and two years later, opened his first school in Temecula. Master Church has since moved to Encinitas and has remained a successful school owner for more than 20 years. Master Church is also a certified Haganah combat-defense instructor.
In September, 2002, he opened a second school in Carmel Valley.
His Encinitas school has been the number one ATA School since 2004.
Master Church has an ATA World Championship title for 2000 in sparring, and a National Championship title for weapons in 2002. Master Church also holds a black belt in Hapkido.
Master Church received the title of Master in 2005. He continues to teach classes on a regular basis including Traditional Taekwondo, Extreme Martial Arts, and Haganah. |

Trish came to Church's Martial arts along with her two sons in 2000.
She received her second degree black belt under Master Church less than a year later.Trish is currently a fourth degree black belt.
She holds several ATA titles including sparring in 2000 and forms in 2001 as well as an ATA National Champion Title for weapons in 2002, 2004 Triple Crown World Champion, 2006 World Champion Forms and Weapons, 2007 World title in Weapons. She has been a member of World Demo Team since 2006.
